booking and location

Q1. I love what I see and I am ready to book, how do I reserve my date?

We ask that you first complete our questionnaire. We do require a non refundable deposit that varies based on your package. Final payment is due 30 days before your wedding. If your date is less than 30 days out, payment in full is due at the time of booking.

Q2. Can I pick a location that you don’t have listed?

Have an idea for a quirky Elopement or PopUp Wedding? Please feel free to suggest it! We love unique locations... Apple Store anyone?!

Q3. I live outside of the Dallas and New Orleans area, will you travel to me?

Yes! Check out our "POPUP WEDDING" tab for what state we will be in!

Q4. What if I select an outdoor location and it rains?

Choosing an outdoor "venue" location like Paradise Cove does include a backup location, but a public park does not.

We can suggest some alternatives for your big day, but ultimately it is up to you to secure a back up location.

All packages are non-refundable due to rain. It is your responsibility to secure a back up location if you choose an outdoor non-venue location.

Q5. What if I need to cancel my wedding or change the date?

We understand that unforeseen events may alter your wedding plans, but We DO NOT offer refunds on any of our packages due to cancelation.

Q1. Do I have to wear a wedding dress or tux?

A formal wedding dress or tux is NOT a requirement! I really feel as though you should wear whatever makes you feel the most beautiful (even if that is jeans and a t-shirt).

Q2. Can I provide my own officiant?

We ensure your day will be perfect by having our team handle everything, this includes the officiant.

Q3. Can we write our own vows?

Yes! We encourage it and can help if we need to!

Q4. Can I pick my own decor?

We choose venues that do not require any decor. They are beautiful on their own! There is no decor to select! Easy!

Q5. What about wedding day treats?

We order sweet treats from Nothing Bundt Cakes for our Dallas venue packages! Since our New Orleans packages are outdoors only at this time there is not a "sweet treat" option.

Q6. What if I want more guests than the package allows?

We can not increase the guest count on any package.

Q7. What if I bring more than allowed guests for my wedding?

Your wedding will not take place until the contracted maximum number of guests are there. We will not extend the wedding due to you having to choose who gets to stay. Plus it makes things super awkward We find that nowadays, the actual ceremony is usually a much smaller affair than the reception. Many of our brides have their ceremony in the earlier part of the day, then have a blow out party in the late afternoon or evening. The ceremony usually includes parents, immediate family and best friends. This allows for a fuller day with a chance to take pictures afterwards around Dallas landmarks, or go to a luxury restaurant with a select amount of guests. The after party, whether at a house, hotel, restaurant, dance hall, or club will be for non-immediate family and friends. You can also skip the reception and after the restaurant hop on a plane to the Bahamas or Italy!

Q8. Are kids included in the guest count?

Yes. Children age 2 and up are included in the guest count.


All nationally observed holidays will incur a $750 fee.

Photography and Photos

Q1. Can I bring my own photographer?

We do not allow outside photography. We are together for a short intimate time and we want to focus on providing you the most amazing experience possible. We can not do that if we are competing with your guests to take your pictures. No worries though! There will be time for your guests to get selfies with you!

Q2. How do I get my photos after my wedding?

About 3-4 weeks after your big day you will get a link that contains high resolution digital images. You will be able to download and order prints if you like from the link.

We keep all images for 1 year and will replace for a $50 fee.
